All for just a dollar a day, $7 for the week!
A NUTRITION guide (meal suggestions, ideas of tasty and easy to follow recipes)
A MINDSET guide (affirmations, guided meditations and a morning routine)
A MOVEMENT guide (workout, exercises and stretch videos that can be done at home).
After the 7 days...
If you want to continue after the 7 days that’s no problem at all as after the 7 days you will automatically be enrolled into the Better Body membership program. The Better Body Membership is an investment of $67/Month. It is packed with fitness tips, mindset tips and practices, stretches, educational knowledge, nutrition, exercises and workouts you can do at home, at the gym, on vacation, at the office, heck anywhere! You will have ongoing access to the community and coaching anytime, anywhere.
If you are not interested in continuing that’s perfectly fine, you can cancel your membership during the 7 day reset at anytime without being charged. An email will also be sent to remind you to cancel before the 7 days are up.
Anyone can benefit from this Reset to get a jump start refresher especially with the summer creeping up quickly and the end of lockdowns right around the corner!
