There's nothing wrong with having body goals as long as they're attainable for personal body type and they are being achieved in a healthy way. It is way more important to love your body through every phase & change along your journey.

My favourite thing about training so far is getting the right workouts, learning more about overall fitness and balance. I like working really hard with my trainer Brittania because she pushes me. I would probably never push myself like that.
